The Challenge

Before Trupeer, creating training and documentation videos at MTX was a resource-intensive, multi-step process. Each video required substantial coordination, often involving two consultants: one to demonstrate the workflow and another to handle narration. Producing a single ten-to-fifteen minute video typically meant multiple takes and hours of effort, while a full content set could take several days before it was ready for distribution.

MTX was supporting numerous concurrent global projects, each with unique language and regional requirements, while client demand for video content continued to grow. Output quality varied across teams, specifically when delivering multilingual content including Spanish, UK English, Australian English, and US English, without duplicating effort each time.

Adoption was initially driven by leadership-level buy-in that framed Trupeer as a standard delivery asset rather than an optional tool. The platform's continued growth is fueled by the teams themselves, who have enthusiastically embraced it for the immediate efficiency and autonomy it provides.

What They've Built

In just the first month of implementation, MTX teams created more than 100 videos and 110 documents across their global project portfolio. The content spans training guides, UAT walkthroughs, delivery documentation, and client self-service materials, produced in multiple languages and dialects without the overhead that previously made multilingual content prohibitive.

What started as a training tool has become part of MTX's delivery infrastructure, reducing the need for live support calls and giving clients the ability to reference professional-quality materials on their own schedule.
