Your knowledge, now inside your AI
Trupeer already helps you do a lot with your videos and guides: create them from a single recording, search them, share them, host them in your knowledge base. But sometimes you're working somewhere else. You're in Claude drafting an onboarding plan. You're in ChatGPT prepping for a customer call. You're in Gemini writing up a process.
And you find yourself thinking: "we already documented this in Trupeer."
Until now, that meant switching back to Trupeer, finding the right video, scrubbing to the moment, and copying the steps across. It works, but it breaks your flow.
Now, you can connect the Trupeer MCP to your AI app of choice, and it'll pull from your videos and guides directly.
What it's good for
Onboarding a new hire: Ask Claude to build a first-week plan from your own onboarding walkthroughs.
Prepping a customer deck: Get ChatGPT to explain how a feature works, using the exact clip you recorded.
Answering "how do we do this here": Ask any question about a workflow and get the answer from your team's own guides, down to the timestamp.
Improving a process: Point your AI at your recorded workflows to find where a process slips and what to tighten.
The simple idea behind it
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets AI tools connect to external sources of knowledge. Think of it as a common plug: a shared way for the tools you use to work together.
With Trupeer MCP, you connect your Trupeer account to Claude, ChatGPT, or any other tool that supports MCP. Once connected, that tool can draw on your videos and guides whenever you ask, and show you the source and timestamp behind every answer.
Connect it in a few clicks

For enterprise teams
Trupeer is ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 compliant, and GDPR compliant. On Enterprise plans, MCP is available in early access. It's off by default, and admins can turn it on for their workspace in Settings > Security.
We're also working on more enterprise capabilities: granular access controls, usage monitoring and analytics, higher rate limits, and flexible pricing options. More on that soon.
Where this goes next
This is a first step. We think there's a lot more we can do to make your company's knowledge useful across the tools you work in every day. We'll keep building.
For now, we hope it makes your work feel a little more connected.
