Customer Success Week NYC: Trupeer's Batman Theme
Trupeer brought Batman's Gotham City to Customer Success Week's main event in NYC. With "Gotham's CX Villains" mapping everyday CS challenges to iconic adversaries, we captured 100+ relationships, sold out T-shirts, and Pritish joined Parul Bhandari for a fireside chat on the future of customer success.
On September 30, 2025, the entire Customer Success world converged at Convene in Brookfield Place for Customer Success Week NYC's main event. Trupeer showed up with a Batman-themed booth featuring "Gotham's CX Villains" mapping everyday CS challenges to iconic adversaries.
Customer Success Week NYC's main event on September 30th brought hundreds of CS professionals to Convene meaningful conversations and connections. Trupeer brought Gotham City to New York.
Why Batman?
Because CS teams are the Dark Knights of business the heroes their customers deserve. So we created "Gotham's CX Villains" mapping everyday challenges to Batman adversaries:
Key Villains:
The Joker: 5-hour training sessions that turn into chaos
Harley Quinn: New features that leave users feeling lost
Mr. Freeze: Support tickets frozen with no response
The Riddler: Global customers lost in translation
What Happened:
What started as a playful theme turned into real problem-solving. CS professionals stopped by, smiled at the villains, then shared their actual challenges:
Struggling to create training content at scale
Keeping documentation updated across languages
Onboarding customers quickly without sacrificing quality
Personalizing content for different roles and regions
100+ relationships captured. Real problems understood. Solutions discussed.
We made superhero T-shirts. We ran out of them 😅. Laptop stickers flew off the table. Turns out CS professionals love Batman references that mirror their daily reality.
Pritish's Fireside Chat with Parul Bhandari
Beyond the booth, Co-Founder Pritish Gupta joined Parul Bhandari for a fireside chat exploring how AI is transforming training, onboarding, and support, and why CS teams need tools that understand context rather than just create content.
To All the CS Heroes:
Keep protecting your customers. Keep fighting the good fight. We see you, and we're building for you.
