상세 정보
Governance adds a review and approval layer to your workspaces. Reviews happen on the content itself: reviewers comment, creators revise, and every change is saved as a version. Content publishes once everyone who needs to approve it has signed off, and only published content can be shared, exported, or added to your Knowledge Base. Turn it on for the workspaces that need approvals; everything else keeps publishing as usual.
Per-workspace setup: Enable Governance under Settings, then Reviews and Approval. Set the minimum approvals required and build your reviewer pool. Reviewers marked as mandatory are included in every review.
Share for review: Creators send content for review, pick approvers, and add a note for context. Content stays in Pending approval until the required sign-offs are in.
Review on the content: Reviewers approve or request changes with comments directly on the doc or video. Creators revise and resend from the same place.
Version control: Editing published content creates a new version that goes through approval before it goes live. The approved version stays published until then.
Approval integrity: Creators cannot approve their own work, and publishing stays locked until every required approval is in.
Audit Logs: Every governance action is recorded, showing who did what and when. Filter by time range, user, or activity type.
Available on demand for Enterprise accounts. Contact your account team to enable Governance.
