Nothing changes for you
Your plan, your price, your features, and your limits all stay exactly as they are. On August 17, the minutes left in your plan simply become credits of the same value, automatically. No action required from you.
Why credits
Credits give your plan one simple balance that you spend however you wish: more videos one month, more of everything else the next. Every creation has a clear credit cost, and your balance is always visible in the app, so you know exactly how much you can make at any moment.
It also keeps things simple as Trupeer grows: every new AI feature we ship draws from the same balance. No new limits to learn, just one number, spent your way.
How credits work
Your plan comes with a monthly pool of credits, refreshed on your billing date. Credits are used whenever Trupeer generates something for you, like an AI video or an avatar video. Sharing what you've made doesn't use credits.

Frequently asked questions
When does this happen?
Credits go live on Monday, August 17, 2026. You don't need to do anything, the switch is automatic.
What happens to the minutes left in my plan?
They convert into credits of the same value on August 17. If you have 12 minutes left, you'll see 1,200 credits in your balance. Nothing is lost.
What happens when my plan renews?
Nothing changes at renewal. Your plan renews with the same features and limits you have today, and the credits for your plan are added to your balance each cycle automatically.
Will my docs start costing credits?
No. Document generation on your plan stays exactly as it is today.
Is my price changing?
No. Your subscription price stays the same, and your billing date doesn't move.
Do credits roll over?
Credits refresh every month on your billing date, the same way minutes do today. Purchased top-ups don't expire with the cycle.
Where can I see my balance?
Your credit balance appears in the app from August 17, in the same place your minutes are shown today.
What if I switch to a different plan later?
Plans purchased from August 17 onwards follow the new credit-based structure, including credit costs for document generation (50 credits per doc). Your current plan keeps its existing terms for as long as your subscription stays active.
