The Challenge

Rapid growth meant multiple customers needed customized demos every week. Creating tailored product demos and guides across Ema's full AI Employee suite was time-intensive and effort-heavy. There was often no bandwidth to route videos through an editing team, and for overlapping demos, the product team could not attend every call to walk customers through the platform.

The team was using Loom to capture demos, but the editing room was very hard. Every raw recording had to go through the marketing or video team for basic editing, and their bandwidth quickly became a big bottleneck. A single demo could take two to three days to come together, and the output often felt rough rather than professional. Existing AI video tools fell short of the quality standards the team needed.
