A screen can hold a hundred buttons. Auto Annotate turns each screenshot into a signpost, working from the clicks you made while recording.

Open a document, click Add Smart Highlight in the top right, and turn the settings on.

• Focus on clicks: Each screenshot comes back close on the button you pressed at that step.

• Highlight click: A colored mark holds the spot, so the click stands out on the page.

• Your color: Choose the color and fine-tune the shade in the picker.

• Whole document: One setting carries across every screenshot in the guide.
